Responsibilities

  • Operational shift leadership – You ensure smooth operations and efficient teamwork
  • Leadership & motivation – You lead your team with enthusiasm and support their development
  • Support for the Operations Manager – You roll up your sleeves and keep an eye on the big picture
  • Product focus & control – You monitor product usage, inventories, stock control and ordering
  • Staffing & training – You manage shifts and deliver training on people-related topics
