Responsibilities

  • Greeting visitors in a professional, outgoing, and friendly manner and directing them to the appropriate contact
  • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls in a prompt, professional and courteous manner
  • Processing incoming/outgoing mail and couriers
  • Coordinating meeting room schedules
  • Organizing branch meetings, both offsite and in the office
  • Executive calendar support
  • Vendor and facilities management
  • Completing monthly corporate credit card reconciliations

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in a coordinator position or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a position requiring a high level of customer service, critical thinking, organization and planning
  • A proactive approach and the ability to multi-task
  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with strong attention to detail
