Responsibilities

  • Managing the overall operations and growth strategy in your assigned country
  • Leading a team of education consultants and administrative staff
  • Overseeing student recruitment campaigns and enrollment targets
  • Building and maintaining partnerships with universities, colleges, and visa authorities
  • Ensuring compliance with admission and visa requirements
  • Monitoring performance metrics and producing regular reports for senior management
  • Representing London School of Excellence Ltd at student fairs, seminars, and networking events

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Manager or operations manager in any service based company.
  • Proven team management and leadership skills
  • Strong knowledge of UK, EU, and/or international university admission processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to meet performance goals and deliver results under pressure
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field
