Requirements
A minimum of 5 years' experience in Manager or operations manager in any service based company.
Proven team management and leadership skills
Strong knowledge of UK, EU, and/or international university admission processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to meet performance goals and deliver results under pressure
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field
