Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in areas such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT infrastructure or technical support.
- Basic knowledge of cloud environments (Azure and Oracle OCI).
- Understanding of networking and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools is a plus.
- Entry-level cloud certifications (Azure Fundamentals, Oracle Cloud Foundations) are a plus.
- Basic automation skills (PowerShell, Shell Script).
