Responsibilities
Service delivery for all employee life cycle processes across the business (onboarding, managing HR documentation, administering benefits and compensation changes, immigration and visa support, leave of absence, offboarding, etc)
Partnering with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Business Partners to deliver high quality, accurate & efficient support
Partnering with Payroll to support timely input to the payroll cycles & ensure audit readiness at all times
Maintaining employee data in the HR system (Workday)
Familiarization with local labor and employment regulations
Compliant execution & delivery of HR services within defined service level agreements
Updating procedures, guidelines & documentation in line with current legislation & best practice
Contributing to the maintenance & development of new & existing HR processes
Participating in ad hoc projects, user testing & data validation for system enhancements
Recommending enhancements and simplification of processes & procedures based on customer interaction and feedback
Maintaining the strictest levels of confidentiality & discretion at all times
Requirements
2 years experience in a broad HR Administration or HR Services environment
