Responsibilities
Management of existing and new customers on logistics matters and handling communications in German and English
Implementation of new customer onboardings / change requests both operationally and system-wise in collaboration with the specialist departments

Further development of standards and information systems
Drafting logistics contracts and conducting negotiations with customers
Acting as the interface between branch management and specialist departments to coordinate various site projects
Preparing and analyzing statistics, creating presentations, and facilitating workshops
Requirements
Degree in business administration or engineering with a focus on logistics
Relevant professional experience in logistics and project management
Good German and English skills
Confident use of common MS Office applications
Knowledge of a warehouse management system (WMS) is an advantage
