Customer Support Specialist helping clients successfully set up and utilize Lodgify software for vacation rentals. Providing expert guidance and troubleshooting for inquiries and technical issues.
Responsibilities
Become an expert (we call ourselves “gurus”) in using the Lodgify software.
Advise customers on how to successfully use Lodgify to set up their own accommodation website and grow their vacation rental business.
Respond quickly to customer support requests.
Troubleshoot and guide customers on how to make the most of Lodgify.
Requirements
Experience in technical customer support or a similar role.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Patience, attention to detail, and a logical approach to problem-solving.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
Experience with CRM and customer support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk.
Availability to work in weekends.
Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus!
