About the role
- Based in Belo Horizonte (MG) — responsible for technical feasibility studies, coordination and oversight of infrastructure projects, and generation of project dashboards. Requires a degree in Architecture, experience with medium/large-scale and retail projects, and proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM/Revit and Power BI.
Responsibilities
- Develop technical feasibility studies for projects
- Prepare analyses of architectural and complementary design projects
- Oversee construction works and services, ensuring quality, schedules, and costs
- Coordinate project integration and specify materials and construction methods
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and generate project dashboards
- Support supplier/vendor management and prepare executive reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in medium- and large-scale projects and construction
- Experience with retail projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, advanced Excel, and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management
- Availability to travel
- Knowledge of BIM/Revit
- Knowledge of Power BI
- Certifications in BIM or sustainability (LEED, AQUA)
- Experience with multiple units and high project volumes
- Advanced English and/or Spanish
- Category B driver's license preferred
