About the role
- Project Manager overseeing installation projects from preparation to execution. Collaborating between sales, office, warehouse, and on-site teams in Belgium.
Responsibilities
- Voorbereiden en plannen van projecten
- Administratieve en organisatorische voorbereiding op kantoor
- Coördinatie met magazijn, supply chain en logistiek (materiaal, planning, transport, beschikbaarheid)
- Actieve opvolging van deadlines, budgetten en kwaliteit
- Mee instaan voor de installatie op locatie (hands-on), zowel in binnen- als buitenland
- Oplossen van last-minute wijzigingen of onvoorziene problemen
- Communicatie met interne teams en externe partners
- Zorgen dat elk project vlot en correct wordt opgeleverd
Requirements
- Je bent nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
- Je kan goed omgaan met deadlines en prioriteiten
- Je denkt oplossingsgericht, ook wanneer dingen last-minute veranderen
- Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en schrikt er niet voor terug om zelf mee te installeren
- Je bent sterk in time management en ziet snel wat eerst moet gebeuren
- Je werkt zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook goed in team
- Bereid om te reizen, zowel nationaal als internationaal
- Ervaring in projectmanagement, installatieprojecten, logistiek of technische omgevingen is een grote plus.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels, elke andere taal is een pluspunt
