Process Analyst responsible for mapping and improving processes for Localiza&Co. Collaborating with various departments within the company's Shared Services Center to optimize operational efficiencies.
Responsibilities
Work on projects within the Shared Services Center (CSC), mapping end-to-end processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
Gather metrics, understand area targets and analyze performance gaps.
Identify bottlenecks or manual, repetitive tasks that can be changed or automated.
Build process diagnostics and monitor KPIs.
Interact directly with CSC areas to collect information, understand the business and validate solutions.
Work autonomously in driving projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Technology or related fields.
Previous experience in process analysis or automation.
Strong analytical profile with the ability to structure information, map processes and analyze business metrics.
Curiosity, autonomy and the ability to quickly learn new tools and concepts.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills — cross-functional collaboration with different areas of the CSC.
Experience with low-code/no-code automation (Power Apps, Power Automate, Pipefy or similar).
Knowledge of Python and AWS.
Experience with data tools (SQL, BI).
Experience with AI agents (Copilot Studio, GPT).
Experience with iPaaS solutions: Workato, n8n, custom connectors, APIs.
