About the role

  • Field Marketing Specialist responsible for marketing campaigns and branding initiatives at LoanPro. Collaborating within the marketing team to drive product awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordinating with other marketing and sales professionals to implement innovative campaigns for branding and product launches
  • Research target audiences, record and track data from campaign results
  • Collaborate on company social media channels to ensure brand uniformity
  • Plan and execute various marketing projects under the direction of the Director of Integrated Marketing
  • Assist with planning, execution, tracking and follow-up of various campaigns
  • Research Third Party Conference opportunities
  • Identify new and creative campaign and swag ideas
  • Ensure the Director of Integrated Marketing and the team is on track with project completion and OKRs
  • Explore, draft, and submit Third Party Awards/Presentations for LoanPro
  • Research new and effective marketing vehicles and implement best practices
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing on content for external channels
  • Attain approval on campaigns prior to planning and execution
  • Devise marketing campaigns with the goal of increasing product awareness and increasing sales and profit
  • Take ownership of deep learning about our software, its functions, and how it fulfills our customers' needs
  • Cultivate new business relationships, maintain existing business relationships with customers and partners

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or 2-year equivalent in marketing, advertising, communication or related field preferred
  • Fluency in the English language (speak, read, and write) required with the ability to edit, proofread, write, and communicate effectively
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to work calmly under pressure and have fun in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external senior management, supervisors, peers, and clients
  • Experience and strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere and Illustrator)
  • Understanding of layout and graphic design principles and application of professional services marketing materials
  • Must be flexible with the ability to change needs and priorities
  • Strong desire to learn
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations, and consulting skills
  • Understanding of the lending industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job
  • Proficiency in G Suite, Microsoft Office applications as well as industry-specific analysis software
