About the role

  • Part-time customer support role providing face-to-face service at Lloyds Banking Group branches in the UK. Support customers with banking tasks and promote digital services for enhanced independence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide face-to-face support to customers in branches.
  • Handle everyday banking tasks.
  • Support customers through important moments such as bereavement or fraud concerns.
  • Promote and support digital banking services.
  • Connect customers with appropriate products and services.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 12 months customer service experience.
  • A people person – honesty and genuineness in helping with finances required (no previous financial services experience required)
  • Ability to quickly build relationships for a fantastic customer experience.
  • Passion to empathize and act with care and integrity while resolving queries.
  • Commitment to delivering on promises and to going above and beyond for customers.
  • A genuine teammate – collaborating closely with colleagues.
