Responsibilities
Define and execute a clear strategy to increase App downloads and active usage, aligned with Group digital objectives.
Develop and manage a roadmap of initiatives focused on acquisition, activation, and engagement, prioritising based on impact and Return on Investment (ROI).
Partner with marketing, engineering, and analytics teams to deliver integrated campaigns and optimised journeys that drive downloads.
Use data, research, and A/B testing to identify barriers to adoption and continuously improve conversion rates.
Shape compelling value propositions and incentives that encourage customers to download and engage with the app.
Define KPIs (e.g., download volumes, activation rates, retention), monitor performance, and report impact to senior stakeholders.
Ensure all initiatives meet regulatory, security, and risk standards.
Line management of a Product Owner, contribute to their development and a culture focused on high-performance and growth.
Requirements
Proven experience in driving digital growth, ideally in mobile App acquisition or engagement.
Ability to shape priorities and secure alignment across multiple business areas and senior leaders.

Strong track record of delivering measurable outcomes that drive adoption and engagement.
