- Knowledge of traditional datacentre hosted architectures
- Expertise in disaster recovery strategies
- Awareness of emerging technologies for resilience
- Knowledge of enterprise service management and operational tooling/methodologies i.e SRE
- Proven experience engaging across organisations at a senior level
- Technical experience within financial services organisations
- Good understanding of Operational Resilience and Critical Third-Party regulation
- Experience in data management, ensuring data integrity and availability
