Requirements
- Deep expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.)
- Strategic experience with utilising cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Strong background in Workplace Technologies (Microsoft Productivity & Collaboration suite, Identity platforms, Eptura Engage, Facilities Management platforms)
- Proven ability to set architectural vision and influence at senior levels
- Experience leading and mentoring architecture teams
- Strong track record of driving technology strategy and transformation

- Deep industry insight into the world of Workplace computing as it pertains to the financial services industry
- Experience with utilising GenAI, Agentic technologies as they related to supporting Colleagues in the workplace
- Config as Code and other forms of Automation such as managed governance approaches

- Experience with the data protection, encryption and policy enforcement tooling
