About the role

  • Growth Marketing Manager shaping digital marketing strategies at Lloyds Banking Group. Leading cross-channel experiments and optimizing performance for scalable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Design and run structured experiments across Paid Social, Affiliate, and emerging channels to prove incrementality and unlock scalable growth opportunities.
  • Manage in‑platform execution across Meta and TikTok, optimising audiences, creative, formats, and measurement approaches.
  • Develop, refine, and optimise creative templates grounded in audience insights and platform behaviours.
  • Identify and explore new affiliate partners beyond traditional comparison sites.
  • Document findings, codify procedure, and share insight across teams to uplift capability and drive consistent performance.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years direct experience (preferred) managing multi-million pound budgets across paid social
  • Advanced paid social expertise, especially across Meta and TikTok - including audience strategy, creative optimisation, and advanced measurement (e.g., conversion lift, incrementality testing).
  • A strong creative eye, with the ability to guide and optimise assets for different audiences, formats, and funnel stages.
  • Performance marketing experience, with the ability to interpret data, diagnose issues, uncover insights, and drive measurable commercial results.
  • Cross‑channel curiosity and versatility, with enthusiasm for testing channels like PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, and exploring new affiliate partnerships – to ensure marketing plans are outcome-first (rather than channel-siloed).
  • A proactive, growth-focused attitude, comfortable in ambiguity, energised by experimentation, and motivated by uncovering new scalable opportunities.
