Responsibilities
Design and run structured experiments across Paid Social, Affiliate, and emerging channels to prove incrementality and unlock scalable growth opportunities.
Manage in‑platform execution across Meta and TikTok, optimising audiences, creative, formats, and measurement approaches.
Develop, refine, and optimise creative templates grounded in audience insights and platform behaviours.
Identify and explore new affiliate partners beyond traditional comparison sites.
Document findings, codify procedure, and share insight across teams to uplift capability and drive consistent performance.
Requirements
At least 5 years direct experience (preferred) managing multi-million pound budgets across paid social
Advanced paid social expertise, especially across Meta and TikTok - including audience strategy, creative optimisation, and advanced measurement (e.g., conversion lift, incrementality testing).
A strong creative eye, with the ability to guide and optimise assets for different audiences, formats, and funnel stages.
Performance marketing experience, with the ability to interpret data, diagnose issues, uncover insights, and drive measurable commercial results.
Cross‑channel curiosity and versatility, with enthusiasm for testing channels like PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, and exploring new affiliate partnerships – to ensure marketing plans are outcome-first (rather than channel-siloed).
A proactive, growth-focused attitude, comfortable in ambiguity, energised by experimentation, and motivated by uncovering new scalable opportunities.
