About the role

  • Head of Growth overseeing B2C and B2B strategies for Aparkado's growth and revenue. Leading integrated growth teams and optimizing performance in a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for Growth (B2C & B2B)
  • Development and ownership of the end-to-end growth strategy for the company
  • Line and functional leadership as well as development of an integrated growth team including Marketing & Sales
  • Responsibility for all central growth and revenue KPIs (e.g., user growth, revenue, retention)
  • Close coordination with Product, Data and the Founder to ensure scalable growth
  • B2C growth & acquisition
  • Development and implementation of a scalable B2C growth strategy
  • Responsibility for App Store Optimization (ASO)
  • Planning, management and optimization of paid acquisition channels
  • Building and scaling organic growth channels
  • KPI ownership for Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Lifecycle Marketing & Monetization
  • Design and execution of activation, engagement and retention campaigns
  • Building segmentations and personalized lifecycle journeys
  • Development of habit-forming mechanisms to increase usage frequency
  • Community & Supply Growth
  • Strategic development and maintenance of a strong, trusted community
  • Development of initiatives to strengthen loyalty, trust and advocacy
  • Close collaboration with Product & Support
  • Sales & Key Account as part of the Growth team (B2B)
  • Overall responsibility for B2B sales as an integral part of the growth organization
  • Building, managing and optimizing the entire B2B funnel
  • Sales pipeline, CRM & Revenue Operations

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Growth, Revenue, Marketing or Sales leadership roles
  • Proven success in building and scaling B2C and/or B2B growth models, ideally in an early-stage company (startup)
  • Strong data-driven mindset with clear KPI and revenue accountability
  • Experience leading interdisciplinary teams (Marketing & Sales)
  • Hands-on mentality combined with strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Independent and structured working style
