Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain excellent direct working relationships with clients
  • Prioritize work according to client needs and ensure compliance
  • Create and maintain the client tariff database
  • Verify documentation for release conditions and compliance
  • Audit work completed by Release Pool or NSC

Requirements

  • 3 years of related experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Client service oriented with interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of company policies and procedures
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills
