Responsibilities
Manage a geographically distributed team of remote technical resources
Leading development of new features and functionality
Enhancing application capabilities on Rocket’s critical back office systems and platforms
Day-to-day administration of Salesforce platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce solutions meet business needs
Oversee multiple Salesforce projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality
Implement and oversee robust QA processes for all Salesforce deployments
Act as a key liaison between the IT department and business units
Requirements
6+ years of experience providing leadership for Salesforce teams
Minimum of 3 years’ experience of administration or development experience in a Salesforce environment
Proven expertise in Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, Einstein Analytics, etc.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and limits
Strong understanding of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
Some knowledge of program increment planning (SAFe, etc.) or program sprint planning frameworks preferred
