Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and motivate a remote, cross-functional AR team
- Support the AR Manager in coordinating daily operations, reporting, and process improvements

- Manage staffing levels and workflow to ensure deadlines are met, including month-end and year-end close

Requirements
- 1–3+ years of team leadership experience, preferably in Accounts Receivable or Collections
- Prior experience managing call center or high-volume support teams
- Proven success in leading remote employees across different roles and functions
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and make decisions independently
- Critical thinking and active listening skills
- Proficiency in reporting and analytics
- High school diploma or equivalent required
