About the role

  • Join Tokio Marine as an Analista de Contact Center, enhancing internal communication and engagement strategies. Focus on creating compelling content and effective campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop internal communication and employee marketing (endomarketing) initiatives
  • Produce various content types, including copy, newsletters, scripts, visual assets, presentations, and corporate videos
  • Plan and execute internal campaigns, including timelines, creative assets, narratives, and deliverables
  • Edit videos and create graphic materials using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, and Photoshop
  • Manage internal channels (intranet, email, and communication platforms)
  • Apply storytelling techniques to make messages more attractive and engaging
  • Develop strategies to increase engagement and strengthen communication with employees

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed
  • Knowledge of editing tools
  • Experience in internal communication
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days remote)
  • Intermediate English preferred
