Responsibilities
Develop internal communication and employee marketing (endomarketing) initiatives
Produce various content types, including copy, newsletters, scripts, visual assets, presentations, and corporate videos
Plan and execute internal campaigns, including timelines, creative assets, narratives, and deliverables
Edit videos and create graphic materials using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, and Photoshop
Manage internal channels (intranet, email, and communication platforms)
Apply storytelling techniques to make messages more attractive and engaging
Develop strategies to increase engagement and strengthen communication with employees
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed
Knowledge of editing tools
Experience in internal communication
Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days remote)
Intermediate English preferred
