About the role

  • Assistente Administrativo managing financial processes and supplier contracts for events at Linx. Engaging with various departments to ensure smooth operations in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the organization and control of financial and administrative processes for the Events area, including contracts, invoices and supplier payments, working in a dynamic environment and interfacing directly with the analysts responsible for event execution.
  • Manage the Events area's finances;
  • Create purchase requisitions;
  • Enter invoices into the financial workflow;
  • Liaise with Legal to request review/analysis of supplier contracts;
  • Maintain direct contact with Procurement, Legal and Finance departments.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Basic Excel.
