Responsibilities
Ensure the organization and control of financial and administrative processes for the Events area, including contracts, invoices and supplier payments, working in a dynamic environment and interfacing directly with the analysts responsible for event execution.
Manage the Events area's finances;
Create purchase requisitions;
Enter invoices into the financial workflow;
Liaise with Legal to request review/analysis of supplier contracts;
Maintain direct contact with Procurement, Legal and Finance departments.
