About the role

  • Sales Engineer driving sales by designing, building, and presenting custom demonstrations of the LinkSquares platform. Collaborating with the Sales team to improve customer experience and solve complex contracting issues.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations, including data preparation, demo configurations, and reports.
  • Help support proof of concept trials for prospective customers.
  • Partner with Sales for the duration of the sales process and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Articulate and demonstrate how the product meets business needs and addresses technology issues; successfully match customer requirements to solutions.
  • Become an expert on LinkSquares’ competition, lending expertise to the Sales team on displacement deals.
  • Work internally to refine processes and ensure the successful technical alignment of our offerings with customer growth goals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales engineering or technical problem-solving within a SaaS environment.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical ideas simply.
  • Experience in technical configuration; proficiency or appetite to learn programming languages such as JSON, HTML, or JavaScript.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) is a must.
  • Experience with API and systems integration.
  • Ability to work to strict targets and deadlines in a high-growth environment.
