Responsibilities
Drive market expansion and accelerate revenue growth through innovative GTM strategies
Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for IT services targeting banking, capital markets, wealth management, and fintech sectors
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and customer engagement
Lead pre-sales activities including solution presentations, RFP responses, and proposal development
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and regulatory changes
Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and key decision-makers at banking and financial institutions
Drive consultative selling approach focusing on value-based outcomes
Collaborate with delivery teams for seamless transition from sales to implementation
Requirements
4-7 years of experience in IT services, Business Development, and Pre-Sales within Insurance
Proven track record of selling IT solutions to Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance clients
Strong understanding of the Insurance industry including: Underwriting and Pre Bind Processing, Claims Processing, Broker Ecosystem, Risk Management & Fraud Detection
Familiarity with emerging technologies: AI/ML, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, Blockchain, RPA, Agentic AI, Gen AI
MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
Relevant certifications (Cloud, AI/ML, BFSI domain) are a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field
