Responsibilities

  • Advise, engage and support our loyal customers by phone
  • Conduct outbound campaigns and follow-up activities
  • Enthusiastically present promotions, special offers and new products
  • Actively cross-sell and proactively identify customer needs
  • Receive and process incoming orders
  • Provide friendly, solution-oriented customer advice
  • Maintain and update customer data in the ERP system
  • Process webshop orders, credit notes and goodwill cases
  • Record customer interactions and maintain master data
  • Provide support in German, French and Italian

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship (KV) or equivalent training
  • Experience in telesales or a call center is an advantage
  • Enjoy working with customers by phone and actively selling
  • Native German speaker with very good knowledge of French; Italian is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Service-oriented, reliable and team-oriented personality
  • Clear, personable communication, even during busy periods
