Responsibilities

  • Deliver assigned sales targets while maintaining healthy and acceptable sales margins
  • Build, manage, and continuously develop a robust sales pipeline sufficient to achieve sales plans
  • Manage customer relationships effectively to drive retention, reorder opportunities, and upsell growth
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all opportunities and adhere strictly to the prescribed follow-through process
  • Maintain accurate data capture and complete documentation throughout the sales lifecycle
  • Monitor performance against leading indicators and proactively address gaps
  • Ensure full compliance with sales qualification requirements
  • Calculate and manage margins effectively, including identifying and validating cost information
  • Proactively communicate and coordinate with channel partners to ensure successful deal execution
  • Collaborate closely with territory counterparts once opportunities are identified to maximize coverage and conversion
  • Share product feedback, customer insights, and market intelligence with the R&D team in a timely manner; escalate urgent risks as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of sales experience within an international or multinational business environment
  • Proven track record in sales performance and revenue achievement
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce is highly preferred
  • Amenability to work in a hybrid setup and night shift schedule
