About the role

  • Leading Order Management & Sales Coordination team at Liebherr CMCtec India in Pune, focusing on sales planning and demand forecasting.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of sales plan, yearly forecast, balancing quantity and after approval updating plan in ERP
  • Forecasting the demand requirement for the business
  • Lead the Order Management & Sales Coordination team
  • Close coordination and communication
  • Ensure sales activities are carried out ethically and in accordance with legal requirements
  • Keep management informed by preparing reports, making presentations, and interpreting information

Requirements

  • Bachelors in mechanical engineering
  • MBA operations will be added advantage
  • More than 10 years’ experience in Customer Service Admin / After Sales Operations / Planning / Order Management
  • Working knowledge of ERP (BaaN IV, SAP) and MS Excel
  • Knowledge of forecast planning & sales coordination
