About the role

  • RVP, Sales responsible for managing sales business in the UK and France at Tealium. Leading a team to drive a unified, high-performing sales strategy with accountability for revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of Account Executives
  • Define and execute the sales strategy for EMEA North
  • Accelerate new business development through strategic account planning
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasting and monitor regional performance
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales operations, and customer success
  • Act as a trusted ambassador for Tealium with clients and partners
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify new market opportunities

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales leadership experience
  • Proven track record managing and scaling high-performing B2B enterprise sales teams
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) or SaaS marketing technology
  • Proven expertise driving large, complex enterprise deals
  • Ability to build strong executive relationships
  • Hands-on leader balancing strategic planning with deal-level involvement
  • Deep understanding of account management and enterprise sales cycles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable operating in cross-cultural, multi-lingual environments; English fluency required, additional languages a plus
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on metrics, accountability, and operational excellence.
