  • Sales lead driving revenue growth in Europe for Consumer Acquisition & Engagement segment. Leading a high-performing team and developing strategies to acquire customers and retain relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth in the region by acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of 15+ individuals
  • Develop go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer success and retention

Requirements

  • Senior commercial leader with a proven track record building and leading high‑performing sales organizations
  • Proven track record of managing large, geographically dispersed teams
  • Experience working within or alongside large enterprise organizations
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deep understanding of digital engagement, retail and commerce environments
  • Experience with SaaS business models is important
