Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for inbound calls from both new and existing customers and agents seeking commercial insurance solutions.
  • Gather key information during each call to craft tailored insurance proposals that meet the unique needs of every client.
  • Spend a significant portion of the day on the phone, managing high call volumes while efficiently balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, sales, or insurance.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in multitasking, including effective communication and typing while engaging with customers.
  • High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
  • Ability to obtain required resident and non-resident insurance licenses.
  • Availability to work during Licensed Sales Center operating hours.
