Evaluate, advise, and expedite requests to serve customer needs
Diagnose and resolve delinquent accounts
Assist customers in making adequate payment arrangements
Respond to customer emergencies and expedite service restoration
Perform other customer focused duties as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent certification required
Experience in Customer Service required
Requires excellent telephone etiquette, verbal communication, and customer relation skills
Must possess organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, in addition to an aptitude for math
Requires proficient computer skills for data entry, reporting, reference and/or retrieval tasks.
