About the role

  • Customer Service Representative at Liberty providing exceptional service in person and over the phone. Responsible for creating positive customer experiences in Joplin, MO.

Responsibilities

  • Create positive customer experiences
  • Provide top-notch service both in person and over the phone
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Greet all clients courteously and professionally
  • Assist customers according to company policies
  • Provide accurate information regarding Liberty services and guidelines
  • Communicate to field and office personnel regarding routine and emergency situations
  • Process customer contacts promptly and respond in a respectful, polite, professional, timely manner
  • Evaluate, advise, and expedite requests to serve customer needs
  • Diagnose and resolve delinquent accounts
  • Assist customers in making adequate payment arrangements
  • Respond to customer emergencies and expedite service restoration
  • Perform other customer focused duties as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent certification required
  • Experience in Customer Service required
  • Requires excellent telephone etiquette, verbal communication, and customer relation skills
  • Must possess organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, in addition to an aptitude for math
  • Requires proficient computer skills for data entry, reporting, reference and/or retrieval tasks.
