Responsibilities

  • Support of an existing ERP customer base
  • Handling support cases in the 1st and 2nd level helpdesk
  • Reviewing and processing system functions and customer requirements
  • Version and test management
  • Creation of documentation

Requirements

  • Vocational training as an IT systems clerk (IT-Systemkaufmann), IT specialist (Fachinformatiker), or industrial/business clerk (Industriekaufmann)
  • Good knowledge of ERP environments
  • Knowledge of the packaging industry and/or SQL Server is an advantage
  • IT affinity and technical understanding
  • Teamwork and strong communication skills
