About the role

  • Customer Service Specialist handling inquiries for public transport at PostFinance. Providing efficient, professional support during busy periods in Bern, Switzerland.

Responsibilities

  • Provide competent and professional information on timetables, fares, offers, and during service disruptions or changes
  • Efficiently manage customer inquiries and make decisions in complex cases
  • Document and analyze interactions in the CRM system
  • Identify solutions for individual cases and propose long-term service improvements

Requirements

  • Vocational training (EFZ)
  • Experience in customer-facing roles
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Openness to digital innovation and experience using AI tools
  • Confident use of CRM systems
  • Analytical thinking and empathy
  • Excellent written and spoken German
  • French or Italian skills are an advantage
