Assistant Director managing Cardiac Cath Lab operations at Lexington Health. Overseeing efficiency, supply utilization, and strategic initiatives within the organization.
Responsibilities
Assists with the daily functions of the business and financial operations of the Cardiac Cath Lab.
Responsible for efficiency and throughput, supply utilization, data analytics, contract negotiation, and financial viability of the Cardiac Cath Lab.
Serve as liaison between departmental and executive leadership across all areas impacting business operations to include but not limited to supply chain, legal, IT, and central business office.
Assist with the development and execution of annual operating and capital budgets.
Oversee and manage staff as assigned.
Ongoing analysis, planning, and execution of strategic initiatives centered on optimization of Cardiac Cath Lab operations.
Integration with Supply Chain and Legal teams to evaluate and execute on supply chain sustainability measures.
Communicates in a highly effective manner with leadership, physicians, and staff across the organization.
Provides guidance, support, and constructive feedback to direct reports and other team members as appropriate.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field
3 Years of Experience in a Management, Supervisory, or Lead Capacity
An Advanced Degree Will Be Considered in Lieu of Experience
