Senior Account Executive driving ARR growth for Saas product at Vizzia in Paris. Focusing on business development and sales techniques for technology-based safety solutions.
Responsibilities
Sign €350K ARR in the first year and €700K in the second year
Hold the first 100 meetings within 3 months to help the team identify the right pitch and generate qualified leads
Sign approximately 7 contracts to reach €350K ARR, i.e. about €50K per contract
Improve the Vizzia Safety sales playbook in collaboration with the manager
Requirements
Proven experience in complex SaaS sales
Autonomous and fully proficient in SaaS sales techniques, from prospecting to closing
Valid driver's license (Category B) required
High energy and exceptional interpersonal skills: able to adapt to and engage with any type of stakeholder
Performance-driven: comfortable with result-oriented pressure and motivated to exceed targets
Resilient and eager to learn: able to sell and differentiate the product in a competitive environment; willing to continuously improve, iterate on the pitch and methods, and raise the level of the team and Vizzia
Entrepreneurial experience or prior go-to-market experience is a plus
Experience selling to local authorities or public-sector organizations is a plus
