About the role

  • Head of Growth leading Levellr's marketing engine to drive B2B SaaS growth. Collaborating with executive teams to optimize demand generation and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Your job is to get more of the right companies using Levellr.
  • You’ll figure out how we build and scale our go-to-market function - testing what works and doing more of it.
  • Drive a significant increase in high-quality inbound leads through digital marketing, content, SEO, paid channels, and experimentation.
  • Own and optimise Levellr’s website, landing pages, and conversion paths.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and CS to create a cohesive, seamless customer journey.
  • Continuously refine our positioning and messaging based on customer feedback and data.
  • Use data to identify the most promising verticals, ICPs, and customer segments and focus efforts where ROI is highest.
  • Ensure new customers quickly reach their “first value moment,” supporting higher activation and long-term adoption.
  • Establish the systems, workflows, and playbooks needed to scale demand generation over time.

Requirements

  • Deep commercial experience in growth, demand generation, or marketing - ideally in B2B SaaS (5+ yrs)
  • An analytical mindset, able to turn data into strategy and action
  • Ambition and entrepreneurial energy: you thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments

  • You know how to work well alongside Sales, Product, CS, and Leadership.
