About the role

  • Financial Support Agent assisting customers with financial application processes and ensuring affordable solutions. Working remotely with weekend shifts, requiring strong problem-solving skills and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist applicants in navigating the loan application process.
  • Validate the information provided by loan applicants.
  • Ensure customer queries are resolved promptly.
  • Propose enhancements to processes and product features.
  • Deliver tailored responses to customers using quality assurance scorecard.
  • Identify and document complaints and respond appropriately.
  • Achieve individual and team performance targets.
