About the role
- Senior FP&A Analyst supporting the ANZ MedTech business at Johnson & Johnson. Leading finance planning, analytics, and reporting for the organization while ensuring service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support the ANZ MedTech business, leading the broader finance team through planning cycles
- Ensure appropriate standardization of FP&A activities within the cluster
- Support the FP&A organization in identifying and evaluating opportunities to refine and enhance the global standards
- Work closely with other tiers of Finance to maintain an understanding of the broader P&L
- Develop relationships with the business unit finance (BUF) team as well as relevant business partners to ensure their financial planning & analytics (FP&A) needs are being met
- Play a pivotal role in forging internal collaboration across the ANZ finance team to ensure high service delivery.
- Drive Global & Regional FP&A standards / digital capabilities within the MedTech Asia Pac group
- Issue/Query Management prioritization / primary review of deliverables within the FP&A team
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance-related discipline
- CPA, CMA or other financial certification will be advantageous
- At least 8 years of relevant FP&A experience.
- Knowledge of general finance/accounting processes.
- Strong influencer, independent thinking, and strong planning/prioritization are critical to success.
- Passion for people development and talent management is critical.
- Proven experienced professional with strong communication skills who can interact with senior management.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
