About the role

  • Performing customer support activities involving the installation, modification, and repair of complex equipment and systems
  • Conducting on-site installation and testing of equipment to ensure proper working order
  • Isolating equipment start-up malfunctions and taking corrective action
  • Managing resources, maintaining schedules, and coordinating all repair activities in priority sequence to ensure adherence to contractual service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Accepting and updating work order in CRM systems such as Salesforce, Maximo, and GURU for customers

Requirements

  • Related Trade experience (electrical, electronic, mechanical)/Military Training (electrical, mechanical, electronics)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience directly involved in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems and equipment
  • Computer literacy; competency in use of all programs within MS Office Suite and aptitude for learning specialized software programs
  • Excellent communications skills and a strong orientation for customer focus and teamwork
  • Must be willing & able to travel at short notice
  • Must be able to pass an in-depth background check (TSA eQIP)
