Responsibilities
Provide technical support to key customers both remotely and on-site to help secure new business and maintain existing accounts.
Lead acoustic and electrical troubleshooting, product evaluation, and hardware bring-up activities in customer lab environments using industry-standard test equipment and analyzers.
Act as the primary technical liaison between Cirrus Logic and automotive Tier-1 suppliers, OEMs, and ecosystem partners.
Requirements
BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering is preferred, along with relevant experience working with Automotive Tier-1 suppliers, OEMs, and within the semiconductor industry.
Strong expertise in automotive networking, with a solid understanding of standards such as A2B, AVB/TSN, Ethernet Audio, CAN, and LIN, as well as related technologies.
Commercial project experience in at least one of the following areas:
o Supporting automotive amplifiers, converters, and audio codecs.
o Supporting haptic drivers and performing waveform tuning.
o Applying audio DSP algorithms, filter design, and signal processing concepts.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying technical needs, and effectively communicating these to sales management and product teams.
Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts.
Proven ability to independently manage multiple customer and project priorities in a dynamic environment.
