Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring all site equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Collaborate with the planning and scheduling team to maintain adherence to maintenance schedules and ensure timely, accurate completion of work orders.
Review and interpret site manuals, technical drawings, and schematics to support effective service, troubleshooting, and maintenance operations.
Accurately document all field activities, maintenance actions, and system findings in the work order system, ensuring timely reporting and follow-up with stakeholders.
Provide expert-level service support across installation, commissioning, upgrades, retrofits, replacements, and end-of-life activities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering high-quality service, understanding customer needs, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify potential equipment failures, implement proactive corrective actions, and provide recommendations to prevent future recurrence.
Communicate insights and suggestions for product, process, and quality improvements to internal teams to drive continuous operational excellence.
Coordinate and ensure the availability of all required materials, tools, and parts to support service and maintenance activities.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 5 years maintenance or electrical experience
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and a safe and acceptable driving record according to company policy
Knowledge of NFPA & the NEC
Strong computer skills. Comfort with Microsoft, Google, CMS, and other cloud-based computing programs
Ability to communicate and function well in a mobile office setting
