Responsibilities
Lead and grow high-engagement community channels, including Discord and Telegram
Drive daily conversations, onboarding, and retention within player communities
Define moderation standards and oversee moderators in fast-moving environments
Own day-to-day management of social platforms such as X (Twitter) and Instagram
Plan and publish content aligned with launches, promotions, and key community moments
Monitor sentiment, emerging risks, and behavioural trends, escalating issues where appropriate
Requirements
Proven experience managing Discord, Telegram, X (Twitter), and Instagram for digital-first products
Strong understanding of Web3-adjacent platforms, online gaming, or transaction-driven communities
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in environments where trust and accuracy are critical
Comfortable handling high volumes of interaction during launches or peak activity
