About the role

  • Social Media & Community Manager leading and growing guest-facing channels for a Web3 product. Fostering engagement and trust across Discord, Telegram, and other platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow high-engagement community channels, including Discord and Telegram
  • Drive daily conversations, onboarding, and retention within player communities
  • Define moderation standards and oversee moderators in fast-moving environments
  • Own day-to-day management of social platforms such as X (Twitter) and Instagram
  • Plan and publish content aligned with launches, promotions, and key community moments
  • Monitor sentiment, emerging risks, and behavioural trends, escalating issues where appropriate

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Discord, Telegram, X (Twitter), and Instagram for digital-first products
  • Strong understanding of Web3-adjacent platforms, online gaming, or transaction-driven communities
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in environments where trust and accuracy are critical
  • Comfortable handling high volumes of interaction during launches or peak activity
  • Strong written communication skills in English
