About the role

  • Account Manager role for LEDs24 focusing on B2B sales, customer reactivation, and market presence in Dresden. Engaging with various industries and performing needs analyses.

Responsibilities

  • You present our brand/products front and center as part of the B2B sales team
  • You handle exciting outbound contacts and are not afraid to proactively reach out by phone to contacts across various industries
  • You reactivate existing customers from our database and rekindle their interest in purchasing
  • In initial conversations you qualify potential customers, schedule appointments for follow-up projects, and conduct needs analyses

Requirements

  • Strong enthusiasm for telephone-based new customer acquisition
  • Several years of proven sales experience
  • Passion for remote selling, especially over the phone
  • Customer- and service-oriented approach to work comes naturally to you
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Confident negotiation skills
