- Maintain a holistic view of the product, actively participating in research, discovery phases, and data analysis.
- Prepare requirements aligned with the product strategy.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, customer success, marketing, and data teams to implement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communication, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Proven experience defining and executing product strategies that deliver real impact for the business and users.
- Experience with B2C products.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels.
- High analytical ability, with autonomy to analyze data and extract relevant insights.
- Experience creating requirements that describe the needs and behaviors for initiatives.
- Knowledge of the software product lifecycle.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Good working relationship with engineering and design teams.
