Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Recruiters, HR Managers, and Hiring Managers
Manage updates for candidates and job requisitions in our applicant tracking system (SuccessFactors)
Coordinate and adjust interview schedules as needed and manage candidate travel and accommodation following company guidelines within the US
Oversee the ordering, tracking, and reporting of candidate background checks, drug screens, and assessment tests in the US and Puerto Rico
Draft and send offer letters to candidates
Manage communications and timely responses from the Hubbell Careers external mailbox
Ensure compliance with OFCCP documentation requirements
Contribute to a positive and proactive candidate experience
Support the management of the US and Puerto Rico centralized pre-employment procedures
Requirements
A college degree or equivalent professional experience
Expert-level English proficiency (written and verbal), required
Foundational knowledge of U.S. employment law, particularly in hiring and background check practices, required
Prior experience in supporting HR or Recruitment teams
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with SuccessFactors is advantageous
Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent time management skills; proactive and urgent
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong customer service skills and experience in customer-facing roles
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
