About the role

  • Office Manager overseeing daily operations at LeapXpert, a company transforming business communications. Responsible for managing office logistics, supporting executives, and ensuring smooth office functions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the office.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Coordinate and book business travel arrangements for the global team, ensuring smooth travel logistics.
  • Handle expense reports for the global team, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Provide personal support to senior executives when needed, assisting with various tasks.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
  • Maintain and enforce office policies and procedures to ensure order and consistency.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, report generation, and preparing presentations.
  • Liaise with building management and external vendors for office-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office.
  • Coordinate with and provide support to other teams such as HR, Marketing and IT when needed.
  • Assisting with events and other activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision, managing responsibilities efficiently and proactively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
