About the role

  • Sales Development Representative responsible for building a valuable pipeline through telemarketing and industry analysis. Role based in Hamburg with hybrid working arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound cold calling (using direct phone numbers of decision-makers)
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential prospects
  • Preparing marketing analyses
  • Ongoing training in IT marketing and sales

Requirements

  • Motivation, discipline and patience
  • Reliable and organized working style
  • Openness, sociability and strong communication skills with customers and within the team
  • Ability to think into target-group insights and understand complex IT products
  • Performance-oriented attitude and commitment to your area of responsibility
  • German language skills at C2 level (native level) & English language skills (business level)
  • Proactive mindset, solution-oriented thinking and willingness to develop
  • Sales training (nice-to-have)
  • Experience in online marketing (nice-to-have)
  • Basic understanding of digital workflows and remote working practices (nice-to-have)
