About the role

  • Account Manager focusing on compliance for TrustLayer's insurance process. Serving customers through document management and status communication with non-compliant parties.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing documents against customer requirements and communicating directly with non-compliant parties on their status.
  • Building reports showing the customer their compliance status and advising on who is non-compliant and/or non-responsive.
  • Sending document requests for new or non-compliant parties.
  • Archiving parties, documents, and projects based on customer requests.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working in a risk management or compliance role within the insurance industry.
  • Insurance-related designations such as AIS, AINS, ARM, CPCU, or other P&C licenses, are preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain data standards.
  • Advanced project and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and to keep processes moving smoothly from start to finish.
  • Demonstrate a positive mindset and ability to optimize performance through collaboration.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Must be able to legally work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Must be comfortable submitting to a background and reference check.
