Responsibilities

  • The Manager – Data & Analytics role involves overseeing the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to support business decision-making.
  • The role focuses on developing and implementing data models, identifying trends and patterns, and delivering actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and drive strategic initiatives.
  • The Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute data-driven solutions, leveraging advanced analytical, statistical, and problem-solving techniques.
  • The role also contributes to data governance initiatives, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and effective communication of insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in Data Analytics role with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end analytics initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise, mentor, and guide a team effectively.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and MS Excel; experience with MongoDB queries is a plus.
  • Experience working with BI and visualization tools such as Metabase or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to identify trends, derive insights, and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Experience in creating interactive dashboards and clear, intuitive data visualizations.
  • Well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
  • Comfortable presenting insights and findings to diverse audiences, including senior management and non-technical stakeholders.
