About the role

  • Experienced Recruitment Specialist managing end-to-end recruitment processes at FazWaz. Focusing on sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates for growth in the property tech sector.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from sourcing to onboarding coordination
  • Proactively conduct outreach calls, candidate engagement, and follow-ups to build strong talent pipelines
  • Work closely with Operations & People Lead and Director to understand manpower needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities
  • Increase overall headcount fulfillment speed and efficiency, especially for top-prioritized and high-volume roles
  • Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, direct outreach, etc.)
  • Screen CVs and assess candidate suitability
  • Coordinate interview schedules and feedback between candidates and hiring teams
  • Maintain accurate recruitment tracking, reports, and hiring status updates
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent pool development when needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition professional
  • Strong capability and initiative in active sourcing, outreach calling, and candidate engagement
  • Professional attitude, accountability and strong follow up habits to meet hiring needs
  • Clear and professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Consistent follow-through on candidates, interviews, and hiring timelines
  • Willingness to learn, improve and operate within a structured system
  • Willingness to adapt to changing hiring priorities and business needs
